Green Country Pest Control has been a phenomenal company to use so far. I initially was using a different pest control company but was really seeing no decrease in the amount of bugs coming into my home. I first spoke with Cory, and he was so helpful and so professional. He informed me on everything the company could provide me with and the differences between their company and most other pest control companies. He got me an appointment set up right away. The young man who came to spray my house was also very polite and professional. He even came back a separate day to spray my yard because the grass was a little too long the first day. I just wanted to take a moment and highlight my wonderful service I experienced with Green Country Pest Control. Starting from when I was initially set up for service by one of the owners Cory. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on how I was not receiving the level of service i should have through my current pest control services. He pinpointed areas around my home that had been neglected and immediately I was sold. That's just the first piece, when Darin came out to service my home I was thoroughly impressed ! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and patient. His patience is really what blew me away because due to my past experience with my prior pest control company I wanted to make sure he didn't miss anything! Any other person probably would have been annoyed by my micromanaging lol but not Darin. He was very gracious and polite and kept reassuring me that my micromanagement did not bother him. He was also funny and made my 7 year old daughter laugh and educated her on the type of ants that were pestering our home lol. They were amazing from the very beginning! Cory, the co owner, was very understanding of the severity of bug issues we are currently facing and let me know about the promos and such they were having. Darin came out and was ready to rock n roll from the moment he knocked on my door. I called Green Country yesterday requesting someone to come out, survey and quote as I thought I may have a pest problem, they told me they would get one of their technicians to come around and he would call me when he was on his way. Quinton called me and said he was twenty minutes out, and he arrived on time as promised. Quinton got straight to work and quickly found the problem, unfortunately it was a problem that Green Country does not deal with. Quinton however took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how it needs to be addressed. I am sorry that Green Country were not able to perform this work as I feel they would have been able to perform a first class service. I would recommend that if you have a pest problem call them.

I was not happy with my previous company and decided to try a new one. They explained to me what services would be done and what type of chemicals they use. They also let me know that the entire yard would be treated versus just the foundation of the house like my previous company. I was beyond impressed with everything. I’ve had 2 companies before Green Country Pest and I can honestly say. Green country is cut from a different cloth. Everything has been wonderful from start to finish. Cory set everything up and it has been super smooth. Unfortunately we got some bugs that will have to be sprayed differently and Quentin did an amazing job at explaining the process and everything I need to do. Very pleased with the service all the way from the set-up with Cory to service completion with Quentin.

At first i was skeptical whether or not I need pest control, but a particular nasty ant infestation I was convinced to go with Green County. since then, I haven't seen a single living pest in my house other than the occasional fly. We had a pretty bad infestation that came on pretty quickly. Green Country took care of the problem very professionally. It took a few times of spraying to get rid of them, but only had to unload cabinets the first time. Follow ups were a breeze!! I highly recommend them!!

A very dependable enterprise. I am using them for pest control in my home at Sugar Land for the last couple of years. They maintain schedule rigorously and quick to respond to any specific concern over and above their schedule maintenance with no extra charge. They work on Saturdays as well and can be scheduled for indoor treatment for homes, where weekday scheduling could be difficult.
